Refund policy
There is no right to withdraw your order once it is placed as all goods are made to your specification. However, if goods are faulty, Cards.com.au will either refund the full purchase price (including shipping), or reprint the product at no additional cost.
Where an item is faulty, please contact us via Email. We will either ask you to return the item to us within three days of receipt or to send us a photo of the item.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the product(s)(including shipping) onto the credit or debit card that you paid with or to your PayPal account.
Alternatively, if we may reprint and resend the item free of charge, please note we will not then also give you a refund.
